We’re living in a time of existential angst. The personal, societal and ecological fallouts of our lifestyles have led to a whole host of question marks.

What am I here to do?
Am I living the life I want to live?
How can I live with more ease and more joy?
What can I do to contribute to a better world?

The free classes (typically offered on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month) are for us to gather together online and explore these questions in a safe setting, guided by science and soul.

Each month, we address a theme related to an important aspect of our lives, such as purpose, perfection, creativity, parenting, play, intimacy, productivity, focus, spirituality, body-image, self-love, courage, resilience, burnout and more.

I’ll open with a few minutes of mindfulness, so we can center ourselves for the session.
I’ll then introduce the theme, along with some of its scientific or philosophical background, and tools or frameworks to create more joy and meaning in your life.
We’ll then hold space for reflection and sharing and end the session with key takeaways.

Together, and one step at a time, let’s become the change we want to see in the world. Let’s take charge of our personal transformation, so we create the kind of world we want to live in, and leave behind for our children and future generations.

hi! My name is Homaira.

Women’s wellbeing and leadership coach, self-worth researcher, author. My work is about helping women actualize their potential by embracing a more joyful and soulful approach to life.

When I began my double degree in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology many years ago, I was drawn to positive psychology’s mission of helping 51% of the world flourish by 2051.

In the years since, I’ve seen this mission transform into a personal longing. Millions of us are seeking ways to live our best lives. We’re tired of the old paradigm that has brought us short-lived happiness at best. Stress, burnout and depression are the other pandemics of our time.

But to do so, we need support and guidance. We need evidence based strategies and the wisdom of experience, amidst the noise and distractions of the external world. That’s the purpose of the free classes. Please join us!
