It could come for a hundred different reasons — despair, loss, regrets, frustration, stuck-ness, burnout. The knowledge that what you have isn’t working.

It could also come from desire, from feeling moved, from an earlier memory, from the stirring of an inner longing to live with greater authenticity and purpose.

But it scares us.

We start doubting the call, or doubting ourselves. We convince ourselves now’s not the right time, or we need more qualifications, or someone else to change before we do.

Even if we do act, we soon start to falter. Living in alignment with our soulful callings is easy in a dojo. But boy is it hard in the real world of real people and real problems.

All the while, life keeps passing us by.

What we need is a roadmap. Because it’s not enough to wake up. We also need to grow up.

Hi I’m Homaira, 

I created this program as part of my postgraduate research to help competent and conscientious women looking for a better way to live, love and contribute in the world.

They were tired of burning themselves out in the pursuit of perfection, praise and approval, within their families, workplaces or communities. They were tired of trying to be everything for everyone and still feeling they were falling short in some undefined way.

They longed for more joy, connection, and meaning. To feel they were being true to themselves, and living the life that truly spoke to their hearts.

I wanted to understand how to help women self-actualize. But the research also showed me what was getting in their way: Fragile Confidence. They were disconnected with who they were. And were trying to prove their worth through their relationships or their work.

The Becoming Process

Step 1: Connection
You’ll begin by uncovering who you are in each of the 3 streams, the core nutrients that nourish you, and the identity that’s inherent in you. For most women, it’s incredibly revealing, because an inner disconnect begins very early in life for many of us, and only grows with time.

Step 2: Clarity
From this inner work, you’ll discern what an ideal vision looks life for you. Through evidence based practices, you’ll define success on your own terms, whether it’s for your relationship, your career, or for who you become, and create a “success structure” to pursue it.

Step 3: Courage
It’s impossible to live in the real world, with real people and real challenges, without taking risks that may reveal things about us we don’t want the world to know. In this part, you’ll learn how to step beyond your comfort zone, without putting yourself or others in harm’s way.

Step 4: Commitment
Nothing worth pursuing is without its many dark nights of the soul. In this section, you’ll learn how to grow through setback and feedback, not just bounce off of it. And how to use your experiences to strengthen your inner core so the journey keeps getting easier and more joyful.

Self-worth and Wisdom
No more agonizing over every decision, or beating down on yourself for not meeting your own standards. You’ll grow the most critical inner container of unconditional love & acceptance

Trusting Relationships
Instead of pleasing, seeking approval or being hooked on praise, you’ll nurture healthy
relationships where you’re as comfortable asking for what you need, as you are willing to help

The Becoming Pillars

Becoming is a journey of growth. As such, it’s grounded in 2 pillars: Knowledge and Action.

On the first Monday of every month (at 5 pm Eastern), we have a live masterclass where I teach the topic of the month, and answer your questions. The masterclasses are recorded in case you cannot attend them live. You also get a detailed workbook that helps you transfer the knowledge into small and practical steps that you take over the month.

Throughout the month, you’re fully supported to ensure you stay accountable toward your intentions. I’ll send you weekly prompts and reminders, provide extra worksheets to help you through common challenges, and we’ll gather online again for a mid-month coaching call where we assess where you are, and how you can continue to grow.

How To Reach Any Goal

Q: What makes BECOMING different to other memberships?

A: A couple of things.

One, it’s a research backed program, supported by evidence-based practices, and specifically designed for women given our needs, challenges and aspirations are different.

Two, it’s high-touch, which means that you’re fully supported throughout the month. Between masterclasses is when the work of showing up in real life gets done 🙂

Q: How is it different to online courses or workshops?

A: Again, 2 key differences:

One, courses and workshops often address one area of your life. BECOMING helps you in all of life, because we don’t live a compartmentalized existence. Not as women at least!

Two, they don’t support you through the implementation. Knowing what to do rarely means we do it. We need reminders, revisits of the topic in different ways, and application of the learning in different areas of our lives.

Q: Who is it for? 

A: It’s for women who are committed to living and working in a way that feels authentic, purposeful and alive. And they know that they need guidance and support to do so.

Q: Is it good for me if I need to do deeper work? 

A: Becoming provides you with the tools, strategies and support to live the life you want. If you need more intensive support to get started, please check out individual coaching sessions.

Q: How long will I need to spend on it?

A: Believe it or not, you’ll actually SAVE time in your days because you’ll learn strategies that help you manage your mind, and stay focused, connected and energized in your work, relationships and life. The monthly masterclass itself is an hour long, and the weekly worksheets will take half an hour each at tops. The program is designed to add ease to your life, not increase your workload!

Q: What if some of the topics don’t apply to me?

A: Great question! You’ll find that all the topics are applicable, because we address them by widening your perspective, and empowering you with strategies that work in a variety of situations. For example, a parenting topic will help you lead and inspire anyone in your life, whether it’s a team, or your group of friends.

Q: What if I can’t attend a Masterclass?

A: Worry not! As a woman, you’re juggling many important things and dealing with the unexpected. You’ll get the recordings, worksheets and workbook by email AND they’ll be added to your Hub. Come when you can. You’ll know when you can’t.

Q: What if I fall behind?

A: There’s no falling behind my love! The topics don’t build on each other. We’re on a journey together, with everyone doing it at a pace that feels comfortable to them. Let go of the need to excel. Or to be perfect. All the material is there for you. Speed up and slow down as life permits. Just don’t stop!

Q: Will I get feedback on what I’m doing and / or struggling with?

A: Ample! Our private online community is a place for you to share your wins and setbacks. The combined wisdom and experience of a like-minded tribe is the best support you’ll get. I’m also active in the community and provide support regularly. And I always keep ample time at the end of each Masterclass for your questions and for live coaching.

Q: How do I ask a question in the Masterclass?

A: By typing it in the chatbox. If you can’t attend the session but have a question, send it in before the class and I’ll address it.

Q: Do you offer a refund?

A: Unfortunately not. It’s a monthly subscription priced as low as I possibly can for the value and support I provide. If you feel it’s not right for you, cancel before the end of your monthly billing cycle and you won’t pay anymore.
